Ames Bookends at the Bandshell concert series is back.
The summer concert series begins during the lunch break Friday with a free show from Holly Figueroa and Dr. Murdock from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at Bandshell Park. The series will continue on Fridays throughout the month of July.

A second Bookend Show will take place 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday also at the bandshell with a performance by the Johnston Station Jazz Band. Another Sunday show has been scheduled for July 28.
