Ames Man Accused of Inappropriately Touching Two Young Boys
Court documents show the suspect allegedly had indecent contact with two boys, ages 10 and 12, over the past two years.
An Ames man is facing charges after he allegedly fondled two young boys over the past year.
The Ames Tribune reported that Hipolito Dubon Pantaleon, 36, is charged with lascivious acts with a child and indecent contact with a child. The charges stem from incidents that allegedly took place on “various occasions in 2012 and 2013," the newspaper cited from court documents.
The boys were ages 12 and 10, the newspaper reported.
Pantaleon turned himself in Sunday night, the article said. He was arrested and later posted bond.
