Ames Preschool Registration Feb. 29 and March 1

Preschool registration for 4-year-olds is 9 a.m. to noon on Feb. 29 and 4 to 8 p.m. March 1 at Northwood Preschool Center, 3012 Duff Ave. in Ames.

Children who will turn 4 by Sept. 15 may attend. The school district will treat all registrations received on these two dates on an equal basis for placement in the program and take registrations after these date on a first come, first serve basis.

Bring the child’s official birth certificate and proof of residency, such as a copy of a current bill.
