Translator of Buddhist Mahayana Chinese Tripitaka into Englilsh since 2001. Volunteer 9/11 counselor traveled to NYC in the immediate aftermath to provide Buddhist counseling services with the Xi Fang Temple in Brooklyn until 2006. Also from Iowa lived here until 2001 when I left to NYC to help out.
