Jeff Angelo, Neighbor

Hi, I'm Jeff Angelo, a former Iowa State Senator and political consultant. I'm currently active in politics and the community of Ames and frequently appear in the media offering an "insider's" perspective on politics. I am a conservative Republican and evangelical Christian. My wife, Tara van Brederode, is a progressive Democrat and Unitarian who sees things from a different perspective. We blog together at "God, Politics, and Rock 'N' Roll" which has been featured on Fox News and we've appeared together on NPR. I can cross-post our work here at Patch and offer exclusive posts.
