A Familiar Face Coming to ISU
Channel 5 personality is coming to ISU Athletics.
ABC affiliate Channel 5 announced Thursday that John Walters is leaving and coming to Iowa State Univeristy to work in the Iowa State University Athletic Department. Walters has worked for Channel 5 for the last 16 years. He said on Thursday that he will leave the station in June, the Des Moines Register reported. Commenters on Cyclonefanatic.com said it seemed a sensible move. "He's the voice of the Cyclones," a few people have said. More details are expected from Iowa State University today.
