Ames Patch has found the most expensive homes and the largest homes listed for sale on Aol.RealEstate.com and now a home for just $25,000. The ad states that it needs work. The three bedroom, one bath ranch home is 1,788 square feet and is located at 613 Metcalf Street. The listing says this home has an Ames address. A smaller and less private two bedroom, one bath home is listed at $49,900. The condominium is at 814 Duff Avenue. And the price of what was once one of the cheapest single family homes listed on AOL's real estate site has dropped even lower. The three-bedroom, one bath home at 4404 Todd Drive is now listed at $60,000.
