So, Patch.com came up short on the scoreboard Wednesday against ADIO Chiropractic in the YMCA Summer League in a 114-113 squeaker. We don't care. We're considering the night a victory, anyway. In the end, though, there wasn't a loser in attendance for the game, played Wednesday before about a standing-room crowd of more than 1,000 people who jammed Valley Southwoods Freshman High School for an extra-special evening of the YMCA Capital City Basketball League. Both White and Brackins are veterans of the Cap City league, and both returned to put on a quite a show, with fans ooh-ing and ahh-ing at times like they were watching a spectacular fireworks show.
