Fourth of July Fireworks in Ames
Ames Jaycees had to reschedule fireworks this year.
The Ames Jaycees had to move its Fourth of July fireworks show because the organization was unable to find an electronic shoot technician available on Wednesday evening. This year's Fourth of July fireworks show will instead take place at dusk Tuesday (usually between 9 and 10 p.m.) July 3. They will be fired from the same location, Jack Trice Stadium.
