The school board has already taken offers on sales for both the former middle school site on State Street and an offer for the Somerset property. However those bids have not been formally accepted.

Anyone wanting to tour Roosevelt or Willson-Beardshear should send a letter of interest to the Ames Community School Board stating their interest and an estimate of what they would pay for the property.
