Oct. 5

Brandon M. Bogue, 31, South Franklin, was charged with public intoxication at 10:15 p.m.

Ethan R. Crane, 21, State Center was charged with public intoxication at 2 a.m.

Joshua G. Pachl, 20, Billy Sunday Road, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance at 2:29 a.m.

Max Sutton-Vermeulen, 21, Knapp Street, was charged with public intoxication at 1:20 a.m.

Oct. 6

Minnie L. Harper, 43, Boone, was charged with fourth-degree theft at 3:21 a.m.

Cameron L. Matheny, 24, Cedar Rapids, was charged with public intoxication at 3:56 a.m.

Jeffrey L. Thompson, 21, Raphael Ave., was charged with operating while intoxicated, first offense; at 5:32 a.m.

Oct. 7

Adrian L. Farmer, 44, Duluth St., was charged with failure to attend OWI post treatment at 4:12 p.m.

Tanner J. Hronek, 33, S. Duff Ave., was charged with fourth-degree theft at 7:15 p.m.

Tanisha M. Huse, 19, Des Moines, was charged with driving while barred at 5:50 p.m.

Oct. 8

Joseph R. Ficken, 24, Lincoln Swing, was charged with operating while intoxicated, first offense; and open container in a vehicle at 2:22 a.m.
