Alischa M. Clark, 39, Strawberry Lane, was charged with excessive speed and failure to obey a stop or yield sign, reckless driving and possession of a controlled substance at 2:38 p.m.

Sept. 28

David S. Cook, 34, Lincoln Way, was charged with a probation violation at 1 a.m.

Andrew J. Crawford, 20, Huxley, was charged with public intoxication at 12:21 a.m.

Alexis S. Hill, 20, Eisenhower Ave., was charged with possession of a controlled substance at 1:07 p.m.

Stacy M. Houston, 20, Iowa Falls, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia at 4:23 a.m.

Demi M. Phillips, 19, Iowa Falls, was charged with operating while intoxicated, first offense; at 3:59 a.m.

Jeremy J. Roe, 31, Crawford Ave., was charged with driving while revoked at 10 a.m.

Alex R. Schaben, 20, Mortensen Road, was charged with nuisance party regulations at 11:10 p.m.

James C. Wandling, 21, Crane Avenue, was charged with drug possession/delivery of marijuana at 2:52 a.m.

Kristina M. Wieland, 21, Grand Ave., was charged with possession of a controlled substance at 1:07 p.m.

Tyler D. Bish, 19, Boone, was charged with possession of alcohol under age at 12:48 a.m.

Jake T. Bower, 19, Colo, was charged with possession of a controlled substance at 11:04 p.m.

Brennan T. Kelly, 20, Apple Place, was charged with minors prohibited on certain premises at 12:34 a.m.

Jeff P. Philogene, 26, Mortensen Road, was charged with public intoxication at 1:21 a.m.

Reilly E. Thompson, 24, Welch Ave., was charged with failure to use headlamps when required and operating while intoxicated, first offense; at 12:50 a.m.

Duane A. Tucker, 33, North Dakota Ave., was charged with public intoxication at 1:25 a.m.

Garrett M. Williams, 23, Stanton Ave., was charged with public intoxication at 1 a.m.

Sherry F. Mosley, 49, Lincoln Swing, was charged with third-degree theft and habitual offender at 6 p.m.

Jamey L. Roney, 36, Nevada, was charged with driving while barred at 12:05 a.m.

Raymond D. Sutton, 19, Cedar Rapids, was charged with a probation revocation at 3:30 p.m.

Michael T. Norton, 27, Coconino Road, was charged with operating while intoxicated, first offense.

Gian C. Zenti, 21, Atlantic, was charged with possession of controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia at 1:52 a.m.
