Is Steven Bensema a rising real estate star?
Steven Bensema, 26, is listed among the rising stars of Real Estate in a National Association of Realtors magazine contest.
He is one of 50 young professionals competing to be in the magazine's “30 under 30 Class of 2013”. Members of the class are considered to be leaders who are raising the bar of the real estate business.
Benesema, of RE/MAX Real Estate Center, sold $6.7 million worth of property in 2012 and said he likes to give to others, according to his bio.

“I operate under the premise of the ‘Givers Gain’ strategy. I feel the more work I do for others, the more I will be rewarded in the long run. I am always looking for opportunities to help other business professionals connect with people who need their services or who would just be a good connection.”
A judge will make the final selection of the 30 best by May 16.
