ISu-Scheman Building Christmas Event

nyone interested in the Iowa State Scheman Christmas Event. Needs to ask to join. This event will have 164 craft vendors and some direct sales. https://www.facebook.com/groups/IowaPairieRoseCraftersandVendors/. Application process will start sometime around June 9, 2014
Inside Event 
$100.00 both Price. No acceptions to this rule, No Refunds, sold as is. 
Pricing does not include the application processing fee, or electricity. 
Table Size will be posted at a later date. Tables will not be butted up so close together you cannot move. 
Frist Come First Serve
Vendors are not booked until Payment is confirmed. 

All Advertising will be posted before the event, vendors booked for this event will have access to all information about this event. Including, but not limited to Floor table plans, maps, contracts, event rules, setup and cleanup. Vendors not booked will NOT have access to private confidential company information. Vendors need to check their peas and cues before making false statements on advertising, coordination of services. Ask before starting nasty rumors. 

Any inappropriate communication, behaviors, petty insignificant bitching, bashing other event coordinators, or vendors: it simply will not be tolerated at any time. Application will not be process and the vendor will not be booked. Vendors booked that use this kind of communication or behaviors during the application process, after being booked, regardless if it's before an event, and/or during an event. If at the event the Vendor will be asked to leave immediately. The vendor Not be able to attend future events. They will be un-booked immediately the vendor will have to put it into the PayPal Resolution Center to have them decide if there is a refund due. Payment Types Accepted- Money Transfers into PayPal from a personal account, Debit Cards, Money Orders, and Direct Bank Checks. Money Cards "MasterCard, Visa only. Business Checked accepted. No personal Credit Cards, or Personal Checks will be accepted. No Show No Calls- Absolutely NO Refunds. No refunds on booth or booths after October 1, 2014 if the vendor is booked, and decides cannot come to the event for any reason. Application fee applies in all aspects.

Sorry at No time did we ever want to make the rules so hard. We have no choice in the matter at this point. Basically, if you don't like the rules, move on to a different event and event coordinator. There will be not questions asked.
