Ames Yoga Center - FREE Intro to Yoga/Qigong Class
Yoga/Qigong class combines the flexibility and breath work of a restorative yoga practice with the gentle, but powerful, strength and energy building practices of qigong. This leaves one feeling calm, and yet energized at the same time.
