When does the Academy Awards begin?
The awards show will start at 7:30 p.m. central time on ABC and is scheduled to last three hours. It will be hosted by "Family Guy" and "Ted" star Seth MacFarlane and televised live in more than 225 countries. There will be pre-show broadcast for the Oscars ceremony that will begin at 6 p.m. on ABC.
