KHOI Wants Your 'That Was Fun' Story

KHOI is gathering stories for its weekly radio program: Porch Stories. This month's theme is “That Was Fun.”

Anyone interested should meet 6:30 p.m. Aug. 29, at KHOI Radio, 410 Douglas Ave. The stories will be recorded and may be shared during KHOI's Porch Stories show. Porch Stories air weekly 9:30 p.m. on Wednesdays on 89.1 FM. KHOI can also be heard online at www.khoifm.org. The live broadcast can be picked up on airwaves throughout Story County and beyond.

KHOI recently celebrated its first year on air. The radio station is supported through donations. Community members snatched up the radio frequency in 2007 and moved to its current downtown location in September 2011.
