The event will be held at the Scheman Building at the Iowa State Center. It is free to those who attend.

This year’s expo will be held Saturday, June 20, in the Scheman Building at the Iowa State Event Center. You will hear from experts on ways to make better lifestyle choices and how to live healthier and happier lives. This event, fun for the whole family, will feature area experts, health seminars and — NEW this year — a Kids Corner.

If you're looking to learn how to make healthier choices, get fit and stay fit, and how to exchange bad habits for good ones, this event is for you. Our experts will provide the motivation and information to propel you toward the new lifestyle you've always wanted.
