This weight loss presentation will include a specific plan to help you lose weight and keep it off. 

Dr. Panakos has conducted a very effective weight loss program for his patients in Jefferson and has had amazing results. He recently had a patient lose 124 pounds in 6 months on his plan. This patient's wife also lost 80 pounds in the same amount of time.
